EASY INSTALLATION
Our software is very easy to install (one TAR file and a few simple commands), and our Reseller Program makes it simple for you to offer our professional e-commerce solution to your web customers and resellers.

Each store gets its own copy of Shopping-Q which is installed into the customer's web site space. This keeps each store's orders and database files separate from all other stores on the server. Shopping-Q supports local as well as remote SSL (for secure credit card capture), and can also perform real-time credit card processing during customer checkout.

YOU CONTROL STORE LICENSES
By default, each store license allows for an unlimited number of products per store. Optionally, resellers may elect to configure a customer's store (through the remote license system) to be limited to a certain number of products (1, 10, 100, unlimited.). This makes it very easy for resellers to offer more products per store for their higher priced web hosting plans.

PRIVATE LABEL SHOPPINGQ AS YOUR OWN!
Shopping-Q has been built from the ground up to allow web service providers and resellers to "private label" our software. This allows you to "brand" this software as your own e-commerce solution.

Our name only appears in a logo image at the top of the store administration pages. Therefore, in order to brand our software as your own, all you need to do is replace this one graphic file with your own. Our information does not appear anywhere else in the software.

Our Private Label program allows you to create your own e-commerce identity while building a brand name and customer loyalty. You may even sub-license this software to your web hosting resellers.

Since all of your customers and resellers must purchase store licenses from you (and you, in-turn, purchase them from us behind the scenes), you may mark up the cost of licenses as you see fit. You may even charge them an install or setup fee if you wish to.

Our Private Label program is only available to web service providers and resellers that purchase store licenses on a volume basis.

Once you join our Reseller Program, we will setup a special remote access account (on our servers) which allows you to securely view, create, and update all of your Shopping-Q customer licenses.

When you purchase a block of licenses, your remote access account will be increased by the number purchased. Then you access your remote access account and use those licenses as needed. When you run out, you simply purchase additional licenses through our online store.

The Remote License System is a simple tool that controls your store licenses and allows you to manage them.

While the Remote License System runs on our network, the Shopping-Q store software does NOT require "ongoing communication" with our servers. Shopping-Q is installed directly onto your customer's web site and runs 100% independently from there.

HOW THE LICENSE SYSTEM WORKS
The remote access account allows you to create, install, and test customer licenses for individual customer stores that are running on your servers. The remote license account runs on our servers and is fully automated (available 24 x 7).

Simply install our Shopping-Q software onto the customer's web site, then access your remote license account on our server, create a license file for your customer's store, download the license (via the web), and then install it (via the web or FTP) into the customer's store.

Our licenses are controlled by the web path to the customer's store instead of IP address. They are also not locked to a specific server either. That means, if you need to move the customer's site from one server to another, the license can be moved along with it as long as the web path to the store has not changed. This allows for maximum flexibility when setting up or moving customer stores.

RESELLERS ARE IN TOTAL CONTROL
While you are creating or updating a customer's store license, the remote license system allows you to control how many products a customer is allowed to have in their store (on a store-by-store basis). This is perfect for controlling customer store size based on the hosting plan they purchased from you.

On a store-by-store basis, our remote license system allows you to decide how many products you want to allow in the customer's store. This limit can be from 1 product to unlimited products - the choice is yours. This limit can also be adjusted at anytime in the future.

REAL-TIME SHIPPING CALCULATION MODULE
While you are creating or updating a customer's store license, the remote license system allows you to control whether or not the customer's store is allowed to use the real-time shipping calculation features. This allows you to up-sell this feature to the customer and increase your revenue.

FREE UPGRADES
Resellers receive free upgrades when we release new versions of Shopping-Q! There are no fees or charges to resellers when we release new versions of Shopping-Q.

Even though we don't charge you for the upgrade, you are free to charge your customers for the upgrade as you see fit.

FREE TRIAL STORES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
You can install Shopping-Q onto any customer's web site without a license. Shopping-Q knows that a valid license file has not been installed and will automatically run in "free trial mode". When this happens, the customer will have access to all the features of Shopping-Q except that only three products can be setup.

This allows your customers to try Shopping-Q before a license is used for that store.

After the free trial, simply create and install a Shopping-Q license file and the store will "unlock" and allow the number of products you specify (unlimited, 10, 100, 1000 or whatever amount you choose).
